Job Overview:
Looking for an independent, self-motivated individual to join a small e-commerce company selling holistic wellness products. The role is primarily customer service answering emails and phone calls from customers, handling order issues and returns, and includes project-based work as needed.
Responsibilities:
Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone
Assisting customers with order-related questions and concerns
Processing and tracking returns and exchanges efficiently
Collaborating with other team members to address customer needs effectively
Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Completing project-based tasks such as data analysis, research, and special assignments as required
Requirements:
Interest in natural living, holistic health, energy medicine, yoga, meditation, etc.
2+ years experience in inbound Customer Service
Friendly, positive demeanor for interacting with customers
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to take ownership of the role and seek ways to be more efficient and effective
Ability and desire to become knowledgeable about the products, how they work, and enthusiastically share them with customers
Excellent computer skills (everything is online/virtual)
Ability and desire to wear different hats throughout the day
Highly organized and independent as you will manage your own schedule, set your own priorities, and in general be self-sufficient (once you are trained and up and running of course).
The products are alternative health products to help customers be happier and healthier. They are proprietary and imported from Europe. Thus an interest in natural living, holistic health, energy medicine, yoga, meditation, etc. would be required.
Desired skills include:
Shopify or similar e-commerce platform
Gorgias or similar customer service software
Microsoft Teams and Outlook
Amazon Storefront
Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Video conferencing software like Zoom or similar
Slack or similar communication platform
The company is growing steadily so there will be opportunity for growth over
long-term. The duties will relate primarily to our US website, but will include some responsibilities related to our European website and business.
2+ years customer service is required, and a college degree is preferred.
The ability to work a few hours over the weekend is also a plus, but not required.
