Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage our remote customer service team.
2. Handle escalated customer complaints or inquiries.
3. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and set KPIs.
4. Train new team members and oversee their induction process.
5. Understand the intricacies of our sales cycles and guide the team accordingly.
6. Work proactively to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
7. Report to senior management on team performance, customer feedback, and potential improvements.
Requirements:
– Exceptional command over the English language.
– Adept typing speed.
– Minimum of 1 year in a management role.
– Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
– Proactive and efficient approach to challenges.
– Strong understanding of sales cycles.
– Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
