ROLE
As the Customer Service Manager at Femme Essentiel, you’ll be the driving force behind our outstanding customer service. Your main focus will be leading the customer service department of our store, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service while guiding your team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and company goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage the customer service department
– Achieve and report KPIs to the General Manager
– Ensure an exceptional customer service experience
– Correct and realign departmental performance to meet KPIs
– Collaborate with colleagues and provide feedback on service efficiency
– Adhere to macros, standards, and policies of the customer support department
– Stay updated on KPIs and regularly report to the General Manager
– Attend relevant meetings
– Proactively take initiative for the benefit of the team and company
RESULTS
– Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours
– Resolve all customer problems and questions
– Achieve targeted KPIs
– Ensure high client satisfaction with the customer support team
– Manage and control the customer service department independently
