Job Description

Join our team at a fast-growing e-commerce company focused on baby and parenting products. We’re looking for a friendly Customer Support Specialist who can help our customers in different languages.

Responsibilities:

-Answer customer questions clearly and quickly.
-Minimize refunds and disputes
-Keep track of messages from customers and reply to them every few days.
-Update our return / customer complaint spreadsheet
-Update us on important emails / non customer support related emails, We will handle these
-Learn about our products to help customers better.
-monitor and delete negative facebook comments.

Requirements:

You must be able to write and speak English fluently.
You should be comfortable using tools to communicate in other languages.
You need to be available Monday to Friday each day to respond to emails.
For your application, please write your own replies. We can tell if responses are generated by AI like ChatGPT. Using AI tools for your application will negatively impact your chances because we need to see your actual communication skills. Once hired, using tools like ChatGPT to assist with customer interactions is acceptable.
