Job Title: Customer Service Manager with Recruitment Experience

Role: As a Customer Service Manager within our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, you will utilize your recruitment expertise to hire and onboard new customer service team members. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction while actively contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Requirements (essential):
Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager in a dropshipping environment
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with the entire customer service team
Familiarity with Shopify and its customer service processes
Willingness to ask questions and seek clarity when needed
Availability to work 7 days a week
Dedicate your heart and soul to the business success
Enjoy working and communicating within a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities:
Oversee all customer service activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries
Enforce adherence to customer service SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Take proactive initiatives to improve team performance and enhance the overall customer experience
Collaborate with other customer service representatives to maintain consistent service quality
Results:
Recruit a killer customer service team with only A-players
Achieve targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction
Maintain daily communication with the management team to ensure smooth operations
Training:
During the initial month of employment, comprehensive training will be provided to familiarize you with our customer service processes and company standards. (But we expect that you are going to need minimal supervision, and basically no practical training)
