We are looking for a Customer Service Agent with 3+ years of experience in eCommerce – specifically Gorgias and Shopify.

The role is fully remote, although I am looking for someone who can work the following hours:
– Monday-Friday: 2-3 hours per day
– Saturday-Sunday: 4-6 hours per day

**Responsibilities:**
1. Email Management:
– To respond to customer inquiries – positively, promptly and professionally.
– Use Gorgias, and implement tags on each query
2. Social Media Management:
– Respond to comments and messages across Facebook and Instagram. (Templated replies and guidelines will be provided)
**Requirements:**
1. At least 3 years experience in eCommerce Customer Service
2. Experience responding to emails & social media comments
3. Experience in Shopify and Gorgias is a must.
4. Fast & Efficient – answering customers quickly and concisely is a must.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
6. Fluent English
7. Excellent written communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
