Job Description

You are in charge of the customer service department. Your main job is to make sure the customers of our stores have a great customer service experience according to your managing skills. You will help the customer service with helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints from our customers. You will make sure you and your future team target the KPI’s and work consistently on the goals of the company. Next to that you make weekly reports that fit with our KPI’s for the customer service department that are data driven.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Managing the customer service department from our store
– Responsible for achieving the KPI’s and sending reports to the CEO
– Ensure great customer service experience
– Responsible for the customer service department to achieve the KPI’s and if not to get the results back on track
– Communicating and coordinating with future colleagues as necessary
– Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
– Up to date and follow the macros, standard, and policies of the customer support department
– Make sure that you aware of your KPI’s and report to your the general manager
– Attent meetings
– Organise and manage weekly 1 on 1 calls with the future customer service members
– Perform any task assigned by immediate supervisor/manager
– Be pro-active and take initiative for the benefit of the team and company

RESULTS

– All customer inquiries are answered within 24 hours
– All problems and questions of customers are solved
– Achieve targeted KPI’s
– Clients are extremely satisfied about your customer support team
– Managing and controlling the customer service department without help
