Looking for a reliable, self-sufficient, enthusiastic and experienced VA to join my team full time.

We will start with a few tasks per day and build up to the full role over some time.

I currently own an e-commerce business selling my art prints.

I’m in the process of launching a second e-commerce business in the fashion industry and am looking to hire a skilled Virtual Assistant that will work across one business to start with, but in a couple of months once the new business is launched, working across two.

The art print business is based in the UK and US, and the second business will launch in the US or Australia first.

Currently I am based on a US time zone (near Central).

This role needs to be available to communicate with me starting at 8am Philippines time.

It will be a customer service and marketing role.

The roles across the two companies:

Replying to Facebook & Instagram comments on posts and ads using an SOP process (and continue to build out the SOP)
Responding to customer service enquiries via email and direct messenger
Social media posting and editing of content
Filtering and verifying customer orders and sending to supplier
Research tasks
Shopify page building and content editing (or similar platform)
Email marketing
General administration tasks

Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience with Facebook ads and comments
Customer service for a ecommerce business
Content writing for website pages (e-commerce)
Technical experience with email platforms (Active campaign or alike) General administration tasks – proficiency with spreadsheet – the Google Suite
Fluent in English
1yr min experience in customer service & 1 yr in marketing

Bonus skills:
Basic Canva skills
Social media content planning skills
Web hosting, domain & DNS management

Candidates with technical marketing skills and customer service experience will be interviewed.

You will be required to provide evidence of your skills and experience and undergo and interview process.
