Customer Service and Media Assistant

Are you a proactive and enthusiastic team player with a knack for problem-solving? We are on the lookout for an individual with excellent teamwork skills to join our team as a Customer Service and Media Assistant. In this dynamic role, you’ll be an integral part of our team, responsible for managing administrative duties, enhancing communication between Real Tours, clients, and photographers, and ensuring the seamless flow of media content.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Excellence: Take the lead in managing administrative tasks, such as organizing emails, scheduling appointments, and educating clients about our diverse services. Your organizational skills will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving existing systems.

Effective Communication: Handle communication tasks with finesse, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and drafting correspondence. Foster effective communication between clients, and photographers to ensure a smooth workflow.

Customer Service Champion: Provide top-notch customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and offering support through various channels such as phone, text, and email. Your ability to provide effective solutions will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction.

Media Management: Oversee the timely upload of content from photographers by the end of each day. Ensure all media is uploaded efficiently by conducting quick checks to remove any duplicates or similar shots before sending files to our editors. Light processing of 3D Tours before forwarding them to editors will also be part of your responsibilities.

Technical Skills: Possessing minimal knowledge of Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut, or Premiere Pro would be advantageous, as as it will be helpful at times.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English.
Experience with online phone teamwork skills
Proactive approach and enthusiasm
Strong problem-solving abilities
Highly organized with the ability to enhance existing systems
Familiarity with Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut, or Premiere Pro (preferred, but not mandatory)
