Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW

1. Project Manage Network Orders:
Utilize an existing spreadsheet to track orders
Regularly follow up with vendors to check order status
Communicate updates and progress to customers
Participate in project calls with customers and vendors

2. Network Monthly Sales Tracker Report:
Collect network sales data from the sales team and compile it into a spreadsheet
Prepare and send the compiled report to management

3. Network Service Tickets Management:
Troubleshoot with customers and aid in issue resolution
Contact carriers to open repair tickets
Diligently follow up and escalate tickets
Verify resolution with customers and engage sales for conversion opportunities

4. Customer Email Requests Management:
Respond to customer email requests for services or MAC (Move, Add, Change) requests
Submit MAC changes to vendors or carrier

5. Operational Tasks:
Request and pull Customer Service Records (CSRs) from vendors
Review and submit billing tickets for network customers
Act as liaison between sales and operations teams on installations
Update CRM system with new installations, upgrades, or changes
Create new accounts in CRM

Requirements:
Experience in project management, preferably in a telecom or related field
Experience working remotely with global teams
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficient in using spreadsheets and CRM tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
Proficient in English, both spoken and written

Additional Notes:
Familiarity with telecom terminologies and acronyms is beneficial
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries empathetically
