Responsibilities
Primarily
After hours scheduling (such as cancelling shift, re-opening shifts, contacting Caregivers to fill shifts that have been called-out)
Responding to Caregivers Issues
Responding to Client Issues
Providing scheduling assistance through answering basic questions, like who is my caregiver, some questions from caregivers.
Sending message to Caregivers
Reviewing the Schedule to see who is not clocked-in or clocked-out and contacting them.
Secondary
Entering New Caregivers into various Apps
Processing Terminated Caregivers through various Apps
Uploading Data to keep our CRM system
Reviewing Care Plans vs Schedule and Identifying variances
Provide relevant and up to date reporting data
Naming and Filing Electronic Documents in SharePoint

Qualifications
High School Diploma
Good written and spoken English language skills
Previous work-related experience, knowledge, or experience in a similar role
Great communication skills including telephone manner
Tech Savvy; Essential
Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word.
Qualifications, such as HHA, CNA or experience within home healthcare preferred but not required.

Three (3) shifts available of eight hours each
Friday to Sunday
EST – 12:30am to 8:30am
