RocketSense is a rapidly growing marketing company that helps real estate agents & brokers across North America build their businesses with Facebook Ads.
You’ll be directly reporting to the Client Success Manager and being the Customer Service & Onboarding Assistant alongside a team of 2.

We’re looking for somebody who is competent, self-managed, that speaks fluent English, and has a strong background in customer support.
Here are some things you can expect to be helping with:

– Setting up client landing pages and funnels with HighLevel software
– Helping with general administrative tasks (calendar scheduling, responding to clients, updating spreadsheets, etc.)
– Some simple work (building a list of YouTube tags, personal assistant tasks, updating clients’ Facebook ad accounts, managing my LinkedIn, scheduling marketing emails)
– Technical work (using Zapier and HighLevel to set up technical automations & campaigns, building & updating spreadsheets)
– Client communications via Zoom, email, Loom & text message
– Video editing (not a requirement)

Required skills:

– Customer Support & Communication via Phone/Zoom AND Email
– Google Sheets/Excel
– Fluent English (Both Written & Spoken)

Length:
– More than 6 months

If you have experience in any of the following areas (and truly enjoy doing the work) it will be very helpful, but it’s NOT all required:

– Lead Generation (List Building, Cold Email, LinkedIn, etc.)
– Video Editing Software (iMovie, Windows Movie Maker, Adobe, DaVinci, Sony Vegas, etc.)
– Website Creation (ClickFunnels, HighLevel, WordPress)
– Spreadsheet Software (Excel/Google Sheets)
– Zapier/LeadsBridge
– Any CRM Software
– Marketing/Administrative Assistance

You will have the opportunity to increase your hours to full-time, as well as potentially grow to higher roles such as management in the future if you’re good!
