Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information on services, pricing, and scheduling options.
Resolve customer concerns and issues swiftly to uphold a positive customer experience.
Maintain a friendly and supportive approach to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule cleaning appointments based on customer preferences and technician availability.
Coordinate effectively with customers and cleaning staff to minimize scheduling conflicts.
Update scheduling systems with appointment details and customer information.
Operational Coordination:
Collaborate closely with the operations team to assign cleaning tasks and optimize scheduling efficiency.
Communicate customer preferences, special requests, and job-specific details to cleaning technicians.
Monitor job progress and proactively address operational challenges or delays.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct follow-up calls or surveys to gather customer feedback on service quality.
Document feedback and communicate insights to the operations team for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company standards and policies in all customer interactions and service deliveries.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.
Assist with data entry, report generation, and other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:
