Job Description

The position below is an immediate position that we are looking to fulfill. We currently have 5 open immediate positions available.

Position: Customer Service Representative / Support

Work Hours / Schedule: Full-Time, Schedule is to be determined but will be Monday – Friday / EST Hours (around 9pm to 6am PHT).

Salary: 30,000PHP per month – please note that this is only a BASIC STARTING RATE and will increase after tenure and performance reviews.

Qualifications:
• MUST be fluent in verbal and written English, a neutral accent is preferred.

• MUST have at least 3+ years of previous customer service experience (inbound and outbound) as well as BPO experience. Additional Virtual Assistance experience is an advantage.

• Great communication skills through phone, email, and chat.

• With a quiet workspace (will be taking calls frequently with customers, team members, and participating in meetings to take notes.)

• Must be professional with an excellent and strong work ethic, tech-savvy, critical thinker, problem solver, can think outside the box, strong attention to detail, and able to take in constructive critiscm.

• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment. This is not for those who prefer to lay back.

• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and tasks to be accomplished.

• Must have experience in administrative tasks such as email, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Data-Entry and spreadsheet data management, procuring status updates internally within the company and from various vendors, Customer Service (basic skills – inbound calls, outbound, customer retention, etc.), (can be trained) and Slack. Familiarity with ShipStation and Drupal would be advantageous, but not required and can be trained.

• Stable and Fast Internet connection as you will be taking calls frequently.

• Must have your own workspace set up, laptop or desktop of at least i3 or higher, ability to run basic working apps, multiple browser tabs, and having a secondary monitor is preferred but not required.
