Company Overview:
We are a U.S based E-commerce company and our VAs are expected to:
1. Assist and resolve customers’ after-sales concerns including but not
limited to order tracking and status, billing and pricing inquiry/concerns,
negotiating with cancellations and refunds, damaged and returns, cross-
selling, etc.
2. Process orders and leverage sales for Inbound Sales Calls
Job Description:
– Receive calls and resolve customer service-related concerns such as general
product, pricing and website inquiry, order status, and billing concerns.
– Resolve customer complaints by displaying sound decision-making and effectively
communicating processes and policies to customers while balancing customer
experience and business health on concerns such as cancellations, refunds,
replacements and other order and fulfillment-related issues.
– Help in leveraging company revenue by cross-selling to customers with existing
purchases.
– Take inbound sales calls and process orders for customers who call in to
purchase, while maximizing the opportunity to increase average order value by
offering other products available.
– Represent the company well to its customers by displaying excellent soft-
skills and customer service behaviors while keeping to adhere to policies and
guidelines set by the company.
Qualifications:
– Excellent English Communication and Comprehension Skills
– Possesses Customer Service 101 skills
– Possesses strong Sales and Negotiating Skills
– Above-average Technical Skills
– At least 2 years of BPO experience in a voice account, Telco and/or inbound sales experience is an
advantage
– With a high sense of reliability and accountability, flexible to work on varying schedules, as needed
