Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at DeepClean Coaching at 5-10 hours/week.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients who have concerns and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support, as well as assisting with administrative tasks and coordinating with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Responsibilities:
-Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels
-Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
-Provide information and assistance to customers regarding our services, including coaching programs, resources, and scheduling
-Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information as necessary
-Assist with administrative tasks such as processing payments, tracking down missed payments and managing customer accounts
-Continuously improve customer service by providing feedback to the management team and participating in ongoing training and development

Requirements:
-Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or addiction treatment setting
-Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language
-Proficiency in Google Suite
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
-Compassionate and empathetic approach to customer service
