JOB OVERVIEW
Main Responsibilities:
– Processing and managing orders
– Communicating with customers & suppliers
– Solving problems with orders
Other Responsibilities:
– Efficiently Onboarding new products via CSV, Excel, and Online Websites onto our Shopify Platform and designing high converting landing pages

You’ll be responsible for making sure customers receive what they ordered, on time, and help solve any problems along the way.

Here are some examples of the types of things you’ll coordinate with customers & suppliers, via phone, email, & chat:
– Placing orders with suppliers
– Order status changes/delays
– Customer post-purchase follow up
– Returns, warranty issues, chargebacks
– Back orders
– Call & email customer to notify
– If they can’t wait, offer alternative products
– Damaged items

PAY
Starting at $5/hour

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
– Honest
– Reliable
– Fluent in English, near native speaker
– Type 40 WPM

Preferred:
– Shopify experience

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
*REQUIRED – Internet: Fast, stable connection
Work Environment: Be able to answer the phone quickly at any time during business hours. No loud background noise – no coffee shops, children, dogs, etc.

WORKING HOURS
Semi-Full time position (30 hours/week): Working hours are Monday – Friday, 10AM – 4PM US Eastern time to start. After 1 month probation we can discuss working full time 40 hours/week.
