We are looking for a fun and dynamic Customer Experience Coordinator who isn’t afraid of fast-paced work and has a knack for tackling challenges head-on.
Who are we looking for?
Customer Experience Coordinator
What will you do day to day?
Answer, solve, and assist customer inquiries and issues via phone calls
Answer other inbound queries via other channels like Reamaze
Manage and organise the customer experience across the customer journey
Quickly and effectively solve customer challenges that may occur within the team
Maintain and exceed KPIs (Response time <15 hours, review average rating of 4.7 or higher (FB, Google, and ReAmaze), quick replies internally
Liaising with the internal team
About you
At least 1 year of Customer Service experience preferably with a fun and vibrant brand
What are your skills?
You have natural interpersonal skills (ability to naturally talk and engage with customers - be their friend!)
You have exceptional English communication skills
You are a critical thinker who can solve problems fast
You know how to balance empathy and critical thinking to solve customer problems

Contract and Hours:
Full-time (we require commitment)
8 hours a day (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM PHT - 1 hour break)
What do you get?
AUD 5.00 to AUD 6.00 per hour
A bonus of AUD 1000 quarterly if the quarterly target is achieved
