We are seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing junk removal company. As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and booking inbound customer leads, while also expanding our corporate customer base through outbound sales efforts. This position is ideal for individuals who are great communicators, multi-taskers, self-motivated, organized, diligent, and have a passion for sales and customer service. This is a hybrid inbound and outbound role, where you’ll work closely with internal and external teams.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential corporate customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
Prospect and nurture existing customers (corporate and residential), attempting to generate more repeat business for the company.
Field inbound customer calls, work with field teams (internal), book and dispatch jobs, appointments for the sales team to follow up on.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our junk removal services, pricing, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential clients, specifically corporate accounts.
Full understanding of our Junk Raider brand story, so you can effectively communicate and develop interest with corporate customers where they recognize the value in doing business with us.
Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Track and manage sales activities and opportunities using CRM software.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth. We value our teammates and as such, welcome suggestions on where we should take our business 🙂
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the junk removal or related industry (home services). You do not have to have performed this in an “official” capacity, but rather in “some” capacity. Demonstrate to us you are drawn to a career in customer service and sales, thrive in fast paced environments, and have developed related skills throughout your past experiences.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools (HouseCall Pro, HubSpot, , Talkroute phone system, etc)
Added bonus if you are bullish on the use of social media to drive sales activity and brand awareness.
