As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the key point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support through email and live chat. Location and Time:
Fully remote position
Shifts are 8 hours long, scheduled within these windows:
Monday – Friday: 7 AM – 11 PM Eastern Time (Time zone conversion will be necessary)
Saturday: 8 AM – 10 PM Eastern Time (Time zone conversion will be necessary)
Responsibilities”
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools to guide and troubleshoot for customers.
Understand thoroughly our digital services, streaming platforms, and consumer products to enhance customer support.
Upsell and suggest additional subscriptions, memberships, and products that enhance customer value.
Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Manage large amounts of incoming chats and emails efficiently.
Meet personal/team targets and call handling quotas.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Provide your own equipment and secure workspace.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field in an English-speaking environment.
Strong command of English (both written and verbal) with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Proficiency in computer use, including experience with customer service software, databases, and tools.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously without compromising service quality.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service consistently.
