We are adding 4 new members to our a customer support team and are looking for some highly motivated and friendly individuals to join our amazing team of at-home rockstar mommies. Our team is distributed throughout the Philippines, so as long as you have good internet, a dependable computer, and a good attitude – this job might be for you.
Our customer support team handles customer enquiries primarily through email using a ticketing system. We work alongside each other as a team in shifts, and cover a 24/7 schedule. Team members rotate through the shift so that everyone gets an equal share of different hours in the day.
To qualify, we are looking for:
1. Perfect written English, US grammar
2. Incredible positive attitude
3. Great time management skills and dependability
Preference will be give to:
– Parents who have had a baby before. This is helpful because 90% of our customers are mothers, and many of them have basic questions about feeding their baby.
– Candidates who have worked in the food space or baby space before.
– Candidates who are able and willing to manage scheduling between customer service representatives.
The expected working hours 50% USA time, 50% PH time. A slight preference will be given to candidates who are able to work 100% USA hours. We use the ZenDesk ticketing system and our store uses Shopify. We are only interested in full-time job seekers who are looking for a long term position. We all work from home, but have also hosted an off-site team building event in the past. We are a family-first company.
We believe in a clear path to career progression. Salaries for new hires start at $600 during the training period (4 weeks). After this you move on to $800 while you prove your training in practice as a customer service rep. Within 2 months as you show mastery of your craft you will move on to be a senior customer service rep and your salary will be bumped to $1000.
