Looking for a customer service representative to answer, record and respond to phone calls for our nurse staffing agency from our clients and staff outside of regular business hours.
Must be fluent in speaking, writing and comprehending English and have experience in providing excellent customer service and phone support between the hours of 4pm and 830am EST Monday-Thursday and between 12pm Friday and 830am Monday.
Our On Call team is responsible to answer calls and communicate with our clients and clinicians outside of We Get Staff’s normal working hours. The expectation is that all calls coming into We Get Staffed will be answered and our On Call Team is key to achieving that goal.
Responsibilities include:
To answer calls in a professional manner
Call facilities with staff callouts
Put called out shift in software program
Keep an eye on shifts being picked up for the time frame working/during on call shift
Give call backs if necessary, and provide follow up calls, texts or emails.
Call employees with any cancellations.
Check employees overtime before confirming shifts with supervisors/facilities.
Requirements/Tasks to be Completed:
We expect that each member of the team will keep a record of all calls and clinician shift changes that occurred during the time they are clocked in. All records and notes will, provide the time of calls, person that was calling, a note about what the call is about. All outgoing calls will have the time of the call, the number called, and with what person/supervisor name you spoke to at the facility. At the end of each shift it is required to pass on any documents and notes or on call reports to the scheduling email address.
Access/tools needed: Email address, access to grasshopper, access to WIW, facility list/numbers/contacts (if not already provided in WIW)
*On call will also cover holidays, or special dates deemed necessary
