Job Description

You will primarily be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through various channels and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You’ll also be involved in operational and logistics tasks (such as ensuring sufficient inventory in the USA warehouse, coordinating and arranging for the shipping arrangements from the factory to the USA warehouse etc.)
Responsibilities:
(1) Responding to customer inquiries through email, text messages, and social media channels in a prompt and empathetic manner
(2) Resolving customer issues by communicating and working with our fulfillment center to provide solutions to issues such as tracking information, defective products, missing items, lost packages, etc.
(3) Handling administrative matters such as order fulfillment, inputting order tracking information, responding to chargebacks, and submitting claims to the fulfillment center
(4) Monitoring remaining inventory and prompting for reorders where needed
(5) Other roles may include, social media posting, sending email and text campaigns for sale events and other promotional activities, etc.
Requirements:
(1) Excellent written English communication skills
(2) Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
(3) Embrace a growth mindset and be open to learning new skills
(4) Attention to detail and ability to work independently
(5) Previous customer support or related experience is a plus
This is a part-time position with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role after the probation period. The probation period is between 2 weeks and a month.
