We are growing 100%+ per year and we’re looking to continue this momentum by hiring a Customer Service Representative our small, scrappy team. ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be a part of a team that is helping a candidate through the job search. You will respond on their behalf to employers, you will advise the job seeker on steps in our process they need to follow, and report data on how the job search is progressing to our leadership team.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
– $12,000 USD annual salary

WHAT YOU’LL DO
1) We get candidates into interviews.
– Instead of applying online like most job seekers, we send personalized emails on behalf of a job seeker to hiring managers & recruiters to get the job seeker into interviews.
– You will input cold emails we’ve created into our email outreach tool, Lemlist.
– You will manage their Gmail inbox, responding on their behalf and messaging the candidate when they need to respond.
2) We prep them for job interviews
– Candidates do mock interviews with us and we make sure they have the interview answers ready to get them offers.
– You will remind the candidate to follow our processes regarding interview preparation.
3) We negotiate their offer for them & help them pick the right one based on their career goals
– Knowing what offer is best can be difficult when you’re new to the industry. We are the tech sales experts to make sure candidates are taking the right step in their career.
QUALIFICATIONS
– Great written English communication skills – you need to communicate to us, our customers (job seekers), and on our customers behalf.
– Dependable – customers are relying on us on a daily basis to help move their job search forward. we have to execute fast to get them a job they love in 50 days!
– Attention to detail – the processes you follow affect our customers & our executive team. If you make errors, critical parts of our business fail to operate properly.
– Coachable – we will invest in training you and giving you feedback. You have to be quick to implement that feedback!
– Positive, high energy – we are a group of kind, hard-working individuals who care about doing great work. We want to add someone to the team that aligns with that!
This is a full-time, 40-hour week role. Working hours will be 6 AM – 2 PM (Central Standard Time).
If you perform well in the first 60 days, we will bring you on as a full-time employee and give you a raise from $5.30/hr to $1,000/month.
