JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Manage incoming/outgoing calls and emails
Work with the hiring team to ensure that we are processing candidates
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle applicants inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of interactions, process accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage to the applicants
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Has 2-3 years of experience from the call center industry;
Phone experience is a must.
Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, i.e. email/chat support.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to work successfully in a collaborative atmosphere to achieve goals
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

TECH REQUIREMENTS:
Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed
Job Type: : Part-time 20hours weekly (may go up to 40 hours weekly depending on business needs)
Schedule: Working hours are between Sunday to Thursday 3PM CST to 12AM CST / Monday to Friday, 4 AM to 1PM PHT
Salary Range: PHP 11,000 – PHP 17,500 monthly Part Time (4 hours a day)
