Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination and satisfaction of our clients throughout their custom closet installation journey. You will be responsible for maintaining clear and effective communication with clients based in the USA Central Time Zone, as well as collaborating closely with our US office staff for efficient coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and text messages with clients to provide essential information, gather pre-installation details, and answer any questions.
Assist clients in preparing their closets for installation, ensuring a smooth process.
Provide clients with accurate information about the arrival of our installation teams.
Monitor the location of installation vans via GPS and relay this information to clients as needed.
Conduct post-installation follow-ups to gather feedback, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
Request and encourage clients to leave Google reviews when they are satisfied with our service.
Collaborate closely with the US-based office staff to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
A pleasant and engaging personality over the phone, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Good work ethic and attention to detail.
Reliable high-speed internet connection with backup options.
Good voice quality for phone calls with no background noise.
Proficiency in computer skills, including email, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
