Job Title: Make Safe Coordinator (Customer Service Representative)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Make Safe Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role combines elements of customer service/account management and administrative duties, emphasising meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. The successful candidate will manage multiple administrative tasks while ensuring the highest level of client success through proactive communication and coordination with trades and subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
Issue and manage work orders efficiently, ensuring all details are accurate and communicated effectively to relevant parties.
Actively follow up with trades to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolution of any issues, maintaining clear and proactive communication at all stages.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of detailed reports on project progress, trade performance, and other relevant metrics.
Assist with the generation and tracking of invoices, ensuring they are accurate and dispatched in a timely manner.
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely submission of invoices and adherence to project timelines and standards.
Handle client interactions with the utmost professionalism, providing updates, resolving queries, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a role requiring strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities, preferably as an account manager or in a similar client-facing role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Candidates must submit a voice recording introduction with their application to demonstrate communication proficiency.
Strong administrative skills, with experience in report writing, invoice generation, and general administrative support.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
Comfortable making phone calls and following up with trades and subcontractors to ensure project success.
Proficiency in standard office software and communication tools.
Highly organised
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Timezone: AEST
Working Hours: 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week
Rate: $1,110 AUD/month plus $30 AUD incentive for complete attendance
