– Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless order processing, shipping, and delivery.
– Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvements.
Requirements:
– Proven track record in dropshipping customer service, showcasing a deep understanding of industry practices.
– Exceptional written communication skills, capable of managing 400-500 emails per day.
– Full-time availability for 8 hours per day, with the option for an extended commitment of 7 days a week.
– Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms and adeptness with order management systems.
– Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
