Rent Application () is looking to onboard an experienced, proactive, problem-solver as a Customer Service Associate. We are a US-based online tenant application and screening reports provider.
Customer support is our front line, interfacing directly with our customers. We count on our support team to treat our customers with respect while fully addressing their concerns. Technical issues and product feedback are escalated to the appropriate team members.
Our ideal candidate likes helping people, and has the ability to see things from the customer’s perspective. They can read between the lines to uncover the root of an issue. They take ownership of a difficult situation and ensure our customers know they are in good hands.
Responsibilities
– Email and on-demand phone support
– Respond to customers’ queries promptly, with empathy, and attention to detail
– Resolve any customer complaints effectively and professionally, defusing any tensions and turning around the negative customer experiences into positive ones
– Communicate customer feedback to our internal teams for the betterment of our services and products
Requirements
– Proven customer support experience for a software product (2+ years) with reference
– People-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
– Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
– Availability during specific hours and days, 8am-8pm US CST, shifts include nights & weekends
– Reliable fast internet
– Fluent written American English
– High attention to detail
– Computer literate w/ ability to pick up new software
