**Job Description:**

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

– Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email.
– Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
– Provide detailed product information and assist customers with their orders.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
– Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our service.
– Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer service process.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in e-commerce.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
– Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
– Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Availability for a minimum of 3 hours per day, preferably full-time.
