We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Omni-Channel Customer Service Representative who excels in handling various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, social media, and SMS messages. This role is perfect for those passionate about delivering outstanding service in the floral world.
What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service across phone, email, chat, social media, and SMS.
Offer tailored service and custom floral advice with keen attention to detail.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks effectively.
Employ creative problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Assist customers on our website with orders and product information.
Keep updated with our products and the latest floral industry trends.
Tackle transportation and product issues with empathy and promptness.
Perform customer account maintenance and outreach.
Provide administrative support to team leaders.
Take on diverse tasks within the Customer Service department.
Your Toolkit:
Google Workspace for communication and collaboration.
Gorgias for customer interaction management.
Shopify Plus for e-commerce navigation.
Skype and Slack for team communication.
Trello for task organization and project management.
Who We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles (call centers or retail preferred).
A detail-oriented multitasker.
Eager to learn and enhance skills.
Sales experience and floral industry knowledge are bonuses.
Familiarity with Shopify, Gorgias, and other listed tools is advantageous.
A college degree is preferred, but all candidates are encouraged to apply.

Competitive salary based on experience.
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST; Saturdays 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST.
