Nordic Quality is an extremely awesome, up-and-coming, online-based company selling physical products under several of our brands. The main one of which is in the gym and fitness category.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, who is awesome like us, to join the team. He/she will be working full-time for 40 hours a week, 7 hours between 7PM – 7 AM Philippine Time, Monday through Friday, 2.5 hours between 7 PM – 7 AM Philippine Time, Saturday – Sunday and must have the following qualifications:
What would the tasks be?
-Respond to emails sent by customers on Amazon US & Amazon UK;
-Answer questions and inquiries on product listings;
-Follow up with customers who left negative reviews;
-Make sure all listings are live;
-Check the inventory;
-Make monthly replacement/refunds reports;
-Approve orders on other e-commerce sites;
-(Low priority task) Answering calls from customers or prospective customers.
-Manual order processing on Amazon
-Process orders for influencers
-Answer emails on Help Scout
– Answer chats on
-Checks inventory on Shopify
He/She must also possess the following skills and competencies:
-Communication Skills – Great English skills (written and oral) are a must as you will be communicating with customers from -English-speaking countries. Also, since we are a team of individuals from different parts of the globe, communicating well is necessary to keep things smooth when working with a team.
-Time Management Skills – Our CSR must be able to finish things in a timely manner.
-Technological Skills – He/She must also be good enough to work on different platforms that we operate on. No worries if you wouldn’t consider yourself an IT expert though! You aren’t expected to be on that level. You will be given resources to learn how to use the tools we use on our (paid) onboarding (which will be discussed later)
-Attention to Detail – The little things can ruin an entire image. It’d be great to have someone whose eyes automatically zoom in on little details that can potentially ruin everything and get rid of them right away. Likewise, he/she should also be able to add the little details that can contribute to the final product’s perfection.
-Ability to Follow SOPs – There are systems and procedures in place that this individual should be able to follow.
-Ability to Deal with Irate Customers – From time to time, he/she will also have to deal with angry customers, so the ability to handle them is a necessity.
-Ability to work on his/her own and not be micro-managed – Yes, you may ask questions whenever you feel lost or unsure about something No problem with that. However, please make sure that you do not always need someone around you just to perform your daily tasks. 🙂
He/she will be working full-time for 40 hours a week and must have the following:
-Experience in customer service;
-Willingness to be trained;
-At least 45 wpm typing speed.
He/She must also have the following:
-Stable Internet connection (Having a backup is a plus!)
-A reliable laptop (Having a backup is a plus!)
-Headphones/earphones
