As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional support through various communication channels, including Livechat, Email, and phone. If you have a quick learning ability and a solid understanding of appliance parts, you could be a valuable asset to our team.

Responsibilities:

– Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information using Livechat, Email, and phone.
– Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to appliance parts, providing solutions and guidance.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
– Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and comments.
– Continuously improve knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
– Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the development of improved customer service strategies.
– Adhere to established guidelines and procedures for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
– Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical information about appliance parts.
– Proficiency in using Livechat, Email, and phone for customer interactions.
– Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
– Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
– Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures.
– Positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist customers.
