Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Land Surveying team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining positive client relationships. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing timely updates on survey orders.
Responsibilities:
1. Communication Channels:
– Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages promptly.
– Be the first point of contact for clients seeking information or assistance.
– Respond to emails regarding status, updating each order with details of your update to the client.
– Communicate any order changes or urgent requests to collegues using the Telegram messaging app.
2. Order Status Updates:
– Learn and understand our proprietary system, SURPASS, for tracking survey orders.
– Provide accurate and timely updates to clients regarding the status of their surveys.
– Assist clients in navigating our system to access relevant information.
3. Message Handling:
– Take detailed phone messages from clients and relay them to the appropriate department.
– Ensure that information collected from the client is accurately documented in the corresponding order within SURPASS.
4. Follow-Up and Performance Tracking:
– Keep track of client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
– Follow up with clients after resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction.
5. Google Reviews:
– After successfully addressing a client’s concern, send a personalized message through Podium with a link to leave a Google review, encouraging clients to share their positive experiences.

– Attention to Detail: Accurate message-taking and documentation.
– Adaptability: Willingness to learn and navigate Telegram, Podium and our proprietary system (SURPASS).
– Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address client concerns and find solutions.
– Time Management: Handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
