Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and thorough customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline of communication with our customers, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and feedback are addressed promptly and effectively. You will play a crucial role in solving problems and enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Tickets
Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide customers with information about our services, retreats, and buying processes.
Resolve issues and handle complaints by troubleshooting the issue and identifying solutions that meet customer needs.

Knowledge Base Articles
Assist in creating and updating FAQs and other customer support materials.
Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to our team to enhance the user experience.

Directory Listings
– Check pending and current listings and update content according to best practices
– Coordinate with customers to collect information and create banner ad images in Canva
– Review retreat leads that come in, search for appropriate retreats and send recommendations

Newsletters
– Prepare retreat highlight emails into newsletter emails

Qualifications:
– Proven customer support experience as a Client Service Representative.
– Fluent written English and email skills
– Experience and comfort working across multiple tech systems
– Excellent communication and ability to troubleshoot and explain situations clearly
– Professional, positive, and solution oriented attitude in the face of customer complaints.
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time, and follow through with tasks effectively.
