Job Description

I’m looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who dreams of a workplace where they can shine while taking care of our clients and making them incredibly happy.

We are seeking a heart-centered individual who loves supporting their team and clients alike, and who can help us onboard new clients, answer questions, and manage client portfolios. This is not a call center role; it’s about maintaining and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their happiness and satisfaction.

– Is available from 6 am- 4 pm ET (US) in full-time employment (40 hours per week)
– Has a minimum internet speed of 20mbps
