What does a Customer Service Representative do?
A Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, to represent Polaron Solartech Corp., provide frequent project updates to the customers, build and maintain rapport & relationships and pass on notes, comments and various feedback back to the main office. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives all need to record and pass on any customer information back to the main office. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, promote frequent project updates and maintain high customer satisfaction.
You will be provided with $650USD per month.
Location: Our head office is in Ontario, Canada with additional offices and warehouses in the provinces of Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Prince Edward Island. We are continuously looking to expand in North America by expanding our sales team in the Philippines.
Summary of Tasks/Responsibilities:
* At least 18 years old
* Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time business hours Monday – Friday (night shift Philippine Time: (9:00 PM-5:30 AM)
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Customer Service Responsibilities list:
• Call customers to provide them with frequent project updates.
• Maintain an accurate, valid, and complete record of call activities.
• Able to organize and manage daily activities and
• Keep records of customer interactions and be able to keep accurate notes and comments from customer feedback
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Meet daily call targets and call handling quotas
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
Communication Requirements:
– Indistinguishable American Accent
– Strong verbal selling skills over the phone
– Exceptional communication skills in writing, speaking, listening, and cold-calling
Home Work Station Requirements:
– Reliable PC Stable HARDWIRED connection (at least 5 MBPS) is fundamental for this job. Your computer CANNOT be connected to the internet with a WiFi connection (we prefer applicants with DSL back-up connection).
– USB Headset (preferably with noise cancellation)
– Work from home environment conducive to efficiency and productivity. Must be noise-free.
– A Police Check is required if selected and must be provided to begin work
