Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at BBAE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. This remote, full-time position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to problem-solve efficiently.
Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone.
2. Provide information about BBAE products, services, and promotions.
3. Assist customers in navigating the BBAE products, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
4. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
5. Collaborate with other departments or senior management to ensure customer needs are met.
6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
7. Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
3. Have a basic Financial understanding
4. Laptop/Computer with headset
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours aligned with the Eastern US time zone.
