Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will be expected to handle adjustments, and escalate complaints through specific lines of contact. This is a non-voice position so an experience in chat support is required.

Key Responsibilities:

– Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times ensuring that their questions are answered, and issues are resolved. Use effective communication skills to provide excellent customer service and build rapport.
– Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and support requests via email or with our messaging platform, assisting them with our service information and general inquiries.
– Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Work towards finding satisfactory resolutions to customer issues while adhering to company policies and procedures.
– Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
– Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
– Develop a deep understanding of the company’s services to effectively address customer questions and provide recommendations.
– Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative – Chat Support or similar role.
– Strong and exceptional written communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally.
– Empathetic and friendly attitude. A customer-centric approach is essential.
– Problem-solving skills
– Multi-tasking and Time Management. This role often involved handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
– Amenable to work a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 30 hours a week.
– Can work 5-6 days a week.
– Strong internet connection with back-up internet.
– Available on a shifting schedule, especially night shift
– Having 2 monitors is a plus or at least 1 27-inch monitor
– Willingness to work hard and go the extra mile.
– Able to work well under pressure and can work in a fast-paced environment.
