**Job Opportunity:Customer Service Representative (Online Store)**
**Location:** Remote / Telecommute
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Customer Engagement:** Engage with customers via online channels, addressing inquiries, providing product details, and guiding them through purchases.
2. **Lead Generation:** Identify and qualify sales leads, with a focus on converting them into long-term clients.
3. **Sales Goals:** Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as established by the company.
4. **Product Knowledge:** Become a product expert to educate customers and resolve any concerns.
5. **Customer Relationship Management:** Maintain relationships with existing clients and pursue repeat sales opportunities.
6. **Reporting:** Regularly update CRM software with new leads and customer interactions, and prepare required sales reports.
7. **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations departments to devise and implement effective sales campaigns.
8. **Feedback Loop:** Relay customer feedback on products, services, and potential offerings to the company.
9. **Market Research:** Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer behavior, offering insights for improvements.
10. **Compliance and Administration:** Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethics within the team.
**Qualifications**
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
– 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in online retail.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
– Availability to work some weekends and holidays.
**Compensation**
– Competitive base salary starting from $300
– Commission-based compensation structure will be discussed further in calls with the manager.
