We are actively seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative focused on post-funding service. At LLama Loan, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their success throughout their journey with us.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our customer’s success by providing top-notch service and guidance after their funding experience. You will proactively engage with customers post-funding, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and follow-up calls.

Responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction and success by proactively engaging with customers post-funding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up calls.
Provide guidance and support to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Effectively resolve customer issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure prompt solutions.
Gather feedback from customers to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for enhancement.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. Ensure customer satisfaction and success by proactively engaging with customers post-funding.

Requirements:
Exceptional verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to empathize with customers and provide a positive experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize customer interactions.
A genuine desire to assist customers and ensure their success.
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
