As an In-Home Furniture Delivery Router, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products timely and efficient delivery to customers’ homes.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our White Glove Furniture Company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the entire customer journey
*You will be responsible for communicating with clients regarding delivery schedules, expected arrival times, and any changes or delays that may occur. It is important to keep clients informed and up-to-date throughout the entire process.
*Update notes in the Grasshopper system to keep peers and accounts abreast of pertinent information
*If any issues arise during the delivery process, such as difficulty accessing a building or unexpected obstacles, you should be prepared to troubleshoot and find solutions to ensure a smooth delivery.
*Your role is to provide support to clients and help them with any questions or concerns they may have. This includes assisting with order tracking, addressing product or delivery concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
*As a representative of your FUSA, it is important to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. You should be friendly, helpful, and courteous to all clients, regardless of the circumstances.
*It is important to have an understanding of special instructions or requirements for handling and delivery.
*Ensure a positive customer experience and help your clients feel confident that their furniture delivery is in good hands.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in HubSpot preferred
Proficiency in Grasshopper preferred
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the furniture industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
