Key Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our online customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Klaviyo and Marketing: Assist in managing email marketing campaigns and customer communications through Klaviyo or similar platforms.

Social Media Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and schedule social media content and engage with customers on various platforms.

Asana Project Management: Utilize Asana to track and manage projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in accordance with established objectives.

Shopify: Familiarity with Shopify to support online store operations, update product listings, and resolve order-related issues.
