Job Description

THIS PERSON WILL:
• Manage incoming/outgoing customer emails and phone calls
• Respond to live chat support to customers
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

CONTENT MANAGEMENT
• Respond to comments on Facebook & Instagram posts in a timely manner
• Respond to and manage comments on Facebook and Instagram ads
• Respond to direct messages on social media platforms under the supervision of our sales team and customer service team

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Has 2-3 years of customer service experience from the call center industry
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent grasp of English grammar
• Strong typing skills (at least 55 WPM)
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge in different tools such as Slack, Helpscout etc.

• Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
• Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Job Type: Part-Time
• Work Schedule: 30 hours /weekly (with opportunity to increase hours)
• Sunday to Thursday 9AM-3PM EST // Monday to Friday 9PM-3AM PHT
• Salary Range: Php 22,500 – PHP 27,000 monthly, Depending on experience
