Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Knowledge about ChatGPT and translation tools is important, and a willingness to learn is essential, as we want our communication to sound natural. You will receive support in understanding how to use the Swedish language through AI to ensure all communications sound fluent and natural.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in Swedish and English.
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and product information.
Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools for efficient communication and translation.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services.
Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English.
Basic knowledge of Swedish or willingness to learn and use translation tools.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with ChatGPT or willingness to learn and use AI tools for customer service.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
