Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service and support to our customers through emails, chat, and both inbound and outbound calls. You will act as the voice of , ensuring our customers’ satisfaction and loyalty by delivering personalized and efficient solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and satisfactorily.
Manage both inbound and outbound calls, providing product/service information, and helping with order processing, tracking, and issues resolution.
Document and update customer records based on interactions, highlighting important feedback and recurring issues to the team.
Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless customer experience, especially for queries requiring specialized telemedicine knowledge.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or additional products/services.
Participate in creating a supportive and positive environment, contributing to team efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience in a BPO setting, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a telemedicine or healthcare company is highly desirable.
A positive attitude and a customer-oriented approach.
Background in healthcare and prior experience in telemedicine is a plus but not required.
