We are now looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.

The Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our DBS team, primarily supporting our operations within Facebook Messenger role will involve:

– Confirming calls: Ensuring all scheduled calls are confirmed with new members, making sure they are well-prepared and informed about the details of their upcoming call.
– Member support: Acting as the first point of contact for our new members within Facebook Messenger, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries and maintaining high levels of member satisfaction.
– DBS support: Assisting our Digital Business Specialists by responding on their behalf during their days off, ensuring continuity of service and member support.
– Feedback collection: Gathering member feedback post-call to continuously improve our services and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and monitor Facebook Messenger chats, promptly responding to member queries and confirming call schedules.
– Provide comprehensive support to members, ensuring they are prepared for their booked calls.
– Act as a liaison between clients and our DBS team, facilitating smooth communication and service delivery.
– Collect and report member feedback to contribute to the improvement of our services.
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a digital environment.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, as you’ll be interacting with members and our team primarily through written messages on Facebook Messenger and occasional voice calls.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
– Familiarity with Facebook Messenger and other digital communication platforms.
– A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service and supporting team goals.
