Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at Tilco Trading, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction in various e-commerce and social media platforms. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information to our valued buyers.

Key Responsibilities:
– Customer Interactions: Respond promptly to customer inquiries through Amazon’s messaging platform, email, and social media.
– Order Management: Assist customers with order-related issues, including tracking, refunds, and returns.
– Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product catalog to assist customers effectively.
– Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
– Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
– Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to improve our product listings and services.
– Compliance: Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines in all customer interactions.
– Team Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to share insights and improve overall customer support.
– Admin Tasks: Facilitating the arrangement of accommodation and flights of stakeholders, ensuring seamless and convenient travel logistics.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
– Previous customer service experience in an e-commerce or Amazon seller context is a MUST.
– Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and marketplace policies.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Empathetic and patient attitude when dealing with customer inquiries.
– Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
– Proficiency in using social media messaging and email platforms.
– Fast learner, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
