Job Summary:?We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage our company’s??email correspondence with customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information through??email. They will also need to maintain accurate records and ensure timely responses.??
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries through email and chat in a timely and professional manner
Providing accurate and helpful information about our products
Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments or senior management when necessary
Maintaining accurate records of all email correspondence with customers
Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolving any outstanding issues
Keeping up-to-date with product information and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Participating in training and development programs to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge
Contributing to the development and implementation of new customer service processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in customer service
Written English on a native level.
Typing at least 60 wpm
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite and email management software
Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Flexibility to work in the US timezone (Eastern Standard Time), including evenings and weekends, as needed
Experience in managing customer inquiries and complaints through email and chat
This job requires sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time.
