We are seeking an experienced dedicated and professional Virtual Assistant from the Philippines who is skilled in speaking and communicating with an American accent. The ideal candidate will have experience in answering phones, booking, and scheduling appointments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Gutter Cleaning
Window Cleaning
Pressure Washing
Christmas Light Installation
And other services.

### Key Responsibilities:
– **Phone Management:**
– Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
– Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
– Redirect calls to appropriate personnel or departments as needed.
– **Appointment Booking & Scheduling:**
– Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and team members.
– Manage and maintain calendars to avoid conflicts and ensure timely appointments.
– Communicate with sales team to more efficiently book their schedule’s
– **Administrative Support:**
– Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
– Handle email correspondence and manage inboxes.
– Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
### Qualifications:
– **Communication Skills:**
– Fluent in English with an American accent. – Very important
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
– **Experience:**
– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
– Familiarity with appointment scheduling and phone handling.
– **Technical Skills:**
– Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Comfortable with various communication tools (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom, Slack).
– **Other Requirements:**
– Reliable high-speed internet connection.
– Quiet workspace to ensure professionalism during calls.
